Privacy policy

Effective October 20, 2026

This policy explains what information EASY FUN GAMES LLC ("Easy Fun Games", "we", "us") collects when you use our mobile games or visit easyfungames.dev, how it is used, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to all of our games, including:

• Arrows: Maze Escape
• Kittydoku
• Kitty Spots
• Timber Blocks
• Water Sort Puzzle
• Word Bloom

Who we are

EASY FUN GAMES LLC is the data controller responsible for your personal data.

• Name: EASY FUN GAMES LLC
• Address: 3041 S Quinn St, Chicago, IL, USA
• Email: hello@easyfungames.dev

Information we don't collect

You don't need an account to play our games. We don't ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location, and we don't use artificial intelligence to process your data. Your game progress and settings are saved only on your device.

Ads in our games

Our games are free and supported by ads from Google AdMob. To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, the AdMob software in the game automatically collects and shares with Google:

• your device's advertising ID and other device identifiers
• your IP address, and an approximate location worked out from it
• information about your device and operating system
• how you interact with the app and its ads (for example, ad views and taps)
• crash and performance diagnostics

This information is collected by Google, not stored by us. Google's use of it is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time from the privacy option in the game's settings.

Purchases

Some games offer a one-time "Remove ads" purchase. Payments are handled entirely by Google Play under the Google Privacy Policy. We never see your card or payment details; the game only learns whether the purchase was made so that it can turn off ads.

This website

This website has no forms, cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Emails you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and use them only to reply to you. We keep that correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request.

Legal bases for processing

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on:

• Consent for personalized advertising. You can withdraw it at any time in the game's settings.
• Legitimate interests for showing non-personalized ads that fund free games, preventing fraud, keeping the games secure and fixing crashes.
• Contract for providing a purchase you make, such as Remove ads.
• Legal obligation where we must comply with the law.

Sharing your information

We don't sell your personal information to anyone. Data is shared only with the service providers that make the games and website work (Google for ads and purchases, Cloudflare for hosting), or when required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where data leaves the EEA or UK, they rely on safeguards recognized by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long data is kept

We don't keep a database of players. Data collected by Google AdMob and Google Play is kept according to Google's own retention policies. Game progress stays on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall the game.

Your choices

• Personalized ads: change your consent in the game's settings, or reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings under Google › Ads (on some phones, Privacy › Ads).
• Stop all collection: uninstalling a game stops it collecting anything and deletes its saved progress from your device.
• Data held by Google: view and delete data linked to your Google account at myaccount.google.com.

Your rights (EEA, UK and Switzerland)

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Because we don't hold player data ourselves, most requests are fulfilled through the choices above or through Google, but you can always email us and we will help, normally within one month.

You can also complain to your local data protection authority. A list of EU authorities is at edpb.europa.eu; in the UK, contact the Information Commissioner's Office.

Your rights (California and other US states)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information is collected about you, to delete or correct it, and to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. We don't sell personal information for money. Showing personalized ads through AdMob may count as "sharing" under California law; you can opt out by turning off ads personalization in your Android settings. We won't treat you differently for using any of these rights. To make a request, email us; you may also use an authorized agent.

Children

Our games are made to be enjoyed by everyone, but they are not directed at children under 13, or under 16 in places where that is the age of digital consent. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will help remove it.

Security

Data sent between the games and Google, and between your browser and this website, is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what is collected in the first place.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our games change. When we do, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date at the top. Earlier versions are available on request.
